Siti Hafizah Binti Zakaria - Business Development

Siti Hafizah Binti Zakaria is a Safety Practitioner with over 15 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. She holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to numerous large-scale projects, collaborating with both multinational corporation and local companies. She specializes in delivering practical, results-driven safety training while ensuring full regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture across project sites.
Melakan Ismail is an experienced Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) professional with over 35 years in manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and infrastructure. He has contributed to major projects such as Jimah East Power Plant, Klang Valley MRT, and Sungai Besi–Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway.
A HRDC-accredited and TTT-certified trainer, he has delivered training to professionals from organizations including Petronas, UMW Toyota Motor, Bank Negara Malaysia, and IKEA, focusing on practical safety standards and workforce development.
Abdul Karim Bin Mohamad - Lead Trainer
An experienced HSE professional with strong expertise in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental management within the construction industry. Holds an Executive Master in Occupational Safety and Health from University Selangor and is a certified Safety and Health Officer (Green Book holder).
Experienced in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, contractor audits (SHASSIC/OSHWA), accident investigation, and HSE training. Former Senior HSE Manager at Mah Sing Group Berhad, leading HSE implementation and compliance programs.
Melakan Ismail - Head of Trainer
Ajing anak Guang - Lead Trainer (Confined Space)
DOSH-registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) and certified HSE Trainer with 18 years of experience in oil & gas and construction projects. He holds a Bachelor of Occupational Safety & Health Management from Open University Malaysia and is professionally certified by National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia.
He has extensive experience in ISO 45001 implementation, HIRARC and JSA, confined space supervision (AGTES), audits, contractor management, and incident investigation, delivering practical safety training and ensuring compliance across high-risk industrial environments.
