Melakan Ismail - OSH Trainer
Melakan Ismail is a seasoned Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) professional with over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and infrastructure. Known for driving safety excellence on major projects like the JIMAH II Power Plant, KVMRT, and SUKE Expressway, he brings proven expertise and leadership.
As a HRDC-accredited, TTT-certified trainer, Melakan has trained professionals from 400+ organizations, including Petronas, Toyota UMW, Bank Negara Malaysia, and IKEA. His programs combine practical industry insight with entrepreneurial perspective, helping businesses and individuals elevate safety standards, teamwork, and sustainable growth.

Siti Hafizah Binti Zakariah - CIDB Trainer
Siti Hafizah Binti Zakaria is a CIDB-certified trainer and Safety & Health Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Malaysian construction industry. Holding an Executive Master in Occupational Safety & Health Management (UTM), she brings deep expertise in HSSE compliance, site management, and workforce training.
Her career spans major national projects including Pantai 2 STP in Kuala Lumpur and Bio-XCell Park in Johor, where she has led safety initiatives that balance regulatory standards with practical site realities.
Passionate about knowledge sharing and capacity building, Siti Hafizah has trained countless construction professionals in safety induction, scaffolding, and confined space procedures. With a proven blend of technical competence and leadership, she continues to champion higher safety and sustainability standards across the industry.
Hilary Anak Tuah - CIDB Trainer
Meet Hillary Anak Tuah, a certified Safety & Health Officer (Green Book Holder) and registered trainer (2025–2028). With more than 10 years of hands-on experience in construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects, Hillary has become a trusted name in workplace safety and compliance.
He has led HSE teams on major projects like the Pan Borneo Highway, PETRONAS LNG Train 9, and Methanol Plant Bintulu, where he specialized in risk assessments, accident investigations, safety audits, and compliance with DOSH and CIDB requirements.
As a trainer, Hillary is known for his friendly, practical, and engaging style.
