Behaviour Base Safety (BBS)
The Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills to promote safe workplace behaviors and reduce incidents through observation, feedback, and reinforcement techniques. The program covers the principles of BBS, behavioral observation methods, safety culture enhancement, and strategies to encourage proactive safety practices in construction and industrial environments.
Participants will learn how to identify unsafe behaviors, provide constructive feedback, and implement behavioral safety programs to improve overall workplace safety performance.
Course Objective
The objective of this course is to equip participants with the skills to influence and sustain safe workplace behaviors. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
