Noise Exposure
The Noise Exposure course is designed to provide participants with knowledge and practical skills to identify, assess, and control noise hazards in the workplace. The program covers occupational noise regulations, risk assessment, hearing protection, and strategies to reduce noise exposure in construction, industrial, and manufacturing environments.
Participants will learn to recognize noise-related risks, implement control measures, and protect employees from hearing loss and other health impacts associated with excessive noise.
Course Objective
The objective of this course is to equip participants with the competency to manage workplace noise hazards effectively. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Identify sources and levels of noise exposure in the workplace.
Assess the risks associated with occupational noise.
Implement engineering, administrative, and personal protective measures to control noise.
Select and use hearing protection devices correctly.
Monitor and evaluate noise control effectiveness.
Promote awareness and compliance with occupational noise regulations.
